Brandon Pierre Moore, 22, was arrested Monday for his participation in a crime in which an unidentified man and a woman hitched a ride with the driver of a red Ford F-350 pickup, later robbing him and taking the truck, police said.
Police spokeswoman Jami Gaudet declined to comment on what Moores alleged role was in the robbery and assault, citing the ongoing investigation.

The male and female then drove away in the pickup, which was later recovered on Knott Street.
According to a police report, the victim fled on foot before meeting up with a man driving a white Mercury Tracer. The driver of that vehicle robbed the victim of his cell phone, the report stated.
The victim went to a convenience store and called police. He refused EMS treatment at the scene for his wounds.
