WARNER ROBINS -- Bobby Joe Harte, 73, a longtime Warner Robins shoe shop owner, died Thursday.

Harte owned and operated Harte’s Shoe Shop in the Miller Hill Shopping Center off Watson Boulevard, his obituary stated. He established the shop in 1956.

His obituary noted he loved to travel and spend time family.

The Moultrie native served in the U.S. Army. He was a Mason with Tyrian Lodge #111.

Visitation is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Sunday at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be private.
