Polls closed at 7 p.m. across Georgia for runoffs from the July 31 primary election.
In Bibb County, voters were also choosing candidates for school board as that primary was postponed to allow new district maps to be used.
In Bibb School Board District 1, incumbent Democrat Ella Carter faces Michael McKeever and Brenda Sutton.
In District 2, Thelma Dillard faces Angel Davis-Hopper and Alan P. Taylor in the Democratic primary.
Those races do not currently have opposition in November.

Tuesdays election will also pick a Democrat candidate for Georgia State Senate District 26 in a race between incumbent Miriam Paris and David Lucas, who received the most votes in July.
In Georgia House District 139 runoff, Thomas Coogle and Patty Bentley are vying for a chance to replace Rep. Lynmore James, who is retiring.
