Bonaire teenager dies in Houston traffic crash

A 17-year-old Bonaire boy died Monday night after the car he was driving was struck by a tractor trailer at the intersection of Thompson Mill Road and Ga. 96.

Kyle Hillock was driving a blue Ford Mustang northbound on Thompson Mill Road at about 6:30 p.m. When Hillock entered the intersection, his car was struck by a tractor trailer headed eastbound on Ga. 96 driven by 33-year-old Saint Jean Ismael of Naples, Fla., according to a Houston County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Hillock died at the crash site.

The crash remains under investigation.
