Those wishing to avoid lines at Tuesdays polls will have to cast their early ballots by Friday evening.
Advanced voting comes to an end to free poll workers Monday to prepare for Tuesdays primary election.
Bibb County Board of Elections supervisor Elaine Carr said advanced voting has been brisk with about 6,000 votes cast since July 10.
The first two weeks of Bibb Countys advance voting drew 3,814 voters -- 1,601 the first week and 2,213 the second.
Bibb Countys Board of Elections closes at 5:30 p.m. and Houston Countys voting locations will be open until 5 p.m. Friday.
To determine where to vote in your county, visit the Georgia Secretary of States website at www.sos.ga.gov/elections and look for the early voting locations and times link under the July 31 primary heading.
