WARNER ROBINS -- A 4-year-old was seriously injured after being struck by a car late Friday night.

Antonio Duncan was walking with a parent in the 700 block of North Davis Drive when he ran into the road, according to a release by the Warner Robins Police Department.

He was struck by a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Sammie Dinkins, 52, of Warner Robins. The accident happened at 11:43 p.m.

Duncan was taken to a The Medical Center of Central Georgia, where he is listed in critical condition.

The accident is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Tim Pippio at 293-1037.
