Mosquito spraying will reach parts of south Macon on Thursday night.

Bibb County trucks are scheduled to spray from 7 to 11 p.m. in areas near Westgate Mall, Southwest High School and Houston Avenue.

The first area is bordered roughly by Mercer University Drive, Interstate 75, Key Street and Southwest HIgh School, and includes Westgate and Jefferson Hills. The other area is sandwiched between Houston Avenue and Interstate 75 south of Eisenhower Parkway to the Seven Bridges area.
