Eight people in Houston and Bibb counties have been arrested as a result of drug-related warrants served Tuesday.
All have been charged with conspiracy or attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, a Warner Robins police news release states.
According to the release, those arrested were:
Michael Hammond, 34, of Warner Robins;
Kenneth ONeal, 43, of Warner Robins;
Cassandra Hearn, 40, of Macon;
Laura Hill, 34, of Warner Robins;
Trevor Jefferson, 21, of Warner Robins;
Larry Dover, 40, of Kathleen;
Kelsey Kitchens, 19, of Bonaire; and
Zachary Kitchens, 20, of Bonaire.
Additional arrests are expected, the release states.
Among the items seized during the bust were an undisclosed amount of cash, marijuana, vehicles and firearms.
The arrests were made as a result of a joint investigation among the Warner Robins Police Department, Houston County Sheriffs Office and Byron Police Department, said Tabitha Pugh, Warner Robins police spokeswoman. The Bibb County Sheriffs Office assisted in serving a warrant in Bibb County.
