The Trojans hung tough for two-and-a-half quarters, but the Eagles played the way most would expect a defending champion to play down the stretch for the comfortable victory.
Anikee Combee led Arlington with 21, while Ana Anderson and Kalin Williams each added 10.
Blair Smith led Tattnall with 11 points.
The Trojans trailed by only three at the half, and they were tied with Arlington Christian early in the third quarter before the Eagles went on a 10-2 run to gain some breathing room.
Tattnall will play Mount de Sales in the third-place game on Friday.
