At least seven male students took turns forcing a 16-year-old Northeast High School special-needs student to perform sex acts inside a school restroom on Jan. 19, according to an arrest warrant.

In the warrant signed Wednesday, 18-year-old Antonio Deaundry Jackson is charged with aggravated sodomy.

Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. a student went to the girl’s classroom and told the girl that she was needed in another teacher’s classroom. The girl was then “coherced” into the restroom where the boys took turns forcing the girl to perform sex acts, according to the warrant.

The girl later identified Jackson as one of the boys who participated in the assault by “him being in a wheelchair.” Other boys involved identified Jackson by name, according to the warrant.

Jackson, who also is a special-needs student, is charged with rape and aggravated sodomy. A judge denied bond in his case Thursday morning.

Six other students have been charged with rape in the incident.
