WARNER ROBINS -- The Museum of Aviation is getting a plane donated by actor John Travolta.
The G-2 Gulfstream executive jet is being donated to the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame, which is located at the museum, said Chrissy Miner, spokeswoman for Robins Air Force Base. She said the plane is at Robins and is being prepped as a static display for the air show scheduled for April 28-29
According to a museum release, Travolta, who is a pilot, is donating the plane in honor of his son Jett, who died in 2009.
