Man sought in Danville Thanskgiving Day church shootings found in Atlanta

A 20-year-old from Macon has been jailed in connection with a Thanksgiving Day shooting that left two teens wounded outside a Twiggs County church.

Ryan Reeves, sought on aggravated assault charges, was caught at a metro-Atlanta motel on Monday, Twiggs sheriff’s officials said Tuesday.

His brother, Brandon, 26, arrested near the scene of Thursday’s shootings, also faces aggravated assault charges.

Investigators have said the Reeves brothers had a running feud with a some people in the Danville neighborhood where their grandmother is a preacher. After Thursday’s sermon, there was a confrontation, and two Danville teens suffered gunshot wounds.
