A Jackson man has won $100,000 playing the Georgia Lottery Cash Harvest instant game.

David Frye, 31, was pumping gas in Covington when he decided to buy a ticket. He scratched it off before driving away, according to a lottery news release.

Frye and his wife, who have a son and two daughters, said they anticipate paying bills and buying a new car with the winnings.
