WR teen charged in stabbing

A Warner Robins teenager was charged with stabbing a 36-year-old woman Friday night in a domestic dispute, according to a Warner Robins Police Department news release.

Laportia Rutledge, 18, was charged with aggravated assault in the incident, which took place about 6 p.m. at a residence on Bargain Road. The victim, Catina Jackson, was taken to Houston Medical Center, where she was in stable condition Friday night.

Rutledge and Jackson both live at the Bargain Road address, according to the news release. Anyone with information about the stabbing should contact Warner Robins police detective Tom Williams at 929-1163.
