Monroe County sheriff’s investigators have discovered more possible victims in the case of a Culloden man who allegedly sexually abused teenage girls after giving them drugs and alcohol.

Randy Bill Hay, 52, of Ga. 74, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of child molestation, statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a child, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and four counts of aggravated child molestation, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

Hay was arrested after investigators served a search warrant at his home. The investigation began about two weeks ago after one of the girls reported the abuse, said Allison Selman-Willis, a sheriff’s office spokeswoman.

The abuse allegedly happened on multiple occasions during the past two years, according to the sheriff’s office.

Selman-Willis said the alleged abuse involved at least three girls, described as being in their “mid-teens.” At times, Hay is alleged to have recorded the sexual abuse.

As investigators have interviewed the girls, they’ve learned about other potential victims, and they are still conducting interviews, Selman-Willis said.

“We appreciate them telling us so he won’t be able to do this to anybody else,” she said.

Hay is being held at the Monroe County jail without bond.
