Four Warner Robins men arrested on drug charges

WARNER ROBINS – Four Warner Robins men were arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine early Tuesday morning, according to a news release from the Houston County Sheriff’s Department.

A van driven by Jason Robert Copeland, 31, was stopped for failure to maintain lane by Houston County Sheriff’s deputies at about 3 a.m. During the traffic stop, the deputies discovered more than 34 grams of methamphetamine with an estimated value of more than $5,000.

Copeland, Jason Christopher Mills, 29, Charles Eugene Roberts Jr., 31, and Justin Henry Roberts, 29, all were charged with possession of methamphetamine and are being held in the Houston County jail in Perry without bond.

Justin Roberts, who had an outstanding warrant for motor vehicle theft, also was charged with giving a false name and date of birth to the officers.
