Man damages slot machine at Bibb business

A Macon sanitation worker allegedly punched out a gaming machine after playing slots at M&M Food mart on Montpelier Avenue on Thursday night, according to the Macon police.

A store employee said the man became angry while playing slots and punched the touch screen, causing it to shatter, according to a police report.

The damage to the machine is estimated at $3,000, according to the report.

As of Friday afternoon, the worker had not been charged.
