It's time to bring the plants in as tonight could bring a freeze in some parts of Central Georgia.

The National Weather Service has issued the freeze watch for the northern and central sections of the state as the potential exists for temperatures to drop to near freezing overnight. Macon's forecast calls for a low of 32.

High fire danger is also prompting a red flag warning today from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. as low humidity levels and gusty winds create dangerous conditions.

Winds are expected to be about 10 to 20 miles per hour gusting to near 30 miles per hour.
