3 family size iced tea bags 10 individual fruit flavored tea bags 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar Ice and cold water

Makes 1 gallon.

Bring a half-gallon fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add all tea bags. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes ONLY. Remove tea bags from steeped tea and discard - do NOT squeeze tea bags (squeezing the bags makes the tea bitter). Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add a combination of ice and cold water to make a gallon of tea. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before serving. Serve over ice.
