1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Makes 8 servings.
Stir the lime juice into the milk in a deep, microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high 3 to 4 minutes; stir well. Cook 3 to 4 minutes more and stir again. Cook and stir for a total of 10 to 12 minutes, until caramelized and thickened.
