Some Lean Cuisine chicken meals have been recalled because they contain small pieces of hard plastic, according to a news release by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Among them are certain batches of “Lean Cuisine pesto chicken with bow tie pasta,” “Lean Cuisine Chicken Mediterranean” and “Lean Cuisine Chicken Tuscan.”

The problem was discovered after the manufacturer, Nestle Prepared Foods Company of Springville, Utah, received complaints from consumers and the report of an injury, according to the press release.

For details about which production codes, package sizes and expiration dates indicate the meals affected by the recall, visit agr.georgia.gov or contact Nestlé Consumer Services Center at (800) 993-8625.
