Tattnall Square Academy ranks fourth in the state for producing and publishing student artwork, according to an online site that showcases students work.

Artsonia, an online art gallery at www.artsonia.com, ranks Tattnall fourth this school year for most artwork submitted by students, and for generating comments and fan clubs, as well as for selling some artwork as keepsakes.

Last school year the Macon private school ranked second, showcasing 1,952 pieces of artwork which was visited more than 20,746 times online and received 244 comments.

According to a Tattnall news release, Artsonia also recognized the school’s art teacher Julie Jones for outstanding leadership in Arts Education. Last school year, St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Macon was ranked fourth by Artsonia for its art and submissions.
