Man hospitalized after crashing motorcycle on Vineville in Macon

A Macon man was listed in serious but stable condition at The Medical Center of Central Georgia following a motorcycle accident early Saturday on Vineville Avenue.

Jeffery Allen Prichard, 34, was traveling east on Vineville near Speer Avenue about 12:30 a.m. when he lost control of his 2003 Suzuki 650 motorcycle, struck a curb and crashed into a business sign, Macon police spokesman Lt. Eric Walker said.

The accident remains under investigation by police.
