Three people have been charged with distribution of methamphetamine, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

Daniel Clayton Hobbs, 37, of Knoxville Road; Charles Robert Kirkland, 39, of Irwin Avenue; and Amanda Jean Wallace, 25, of Irving Avenue, were arrested Wednesday at 8082 Phelps Drive on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Deputies found about a quarter of an ounce of methamphetamine at the address, according to a sheriff's office news release.

The methamphetamine is estimated to have a $400 street value, according to the release.

Hobbs also is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine.

Results of a related investigation show Hobbs had been producing methamphetamine at his home at 8088 Knoxville Road, where a small amount of methamphetamine was found, according to the release.

Hobbs, Kirkland and Wallace are being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center without bond.
