AMEN CORNER

Early response training

An UMCOR Early Response Team training for disaster response will be held from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. May 30 at Bonaire United Methodist Church. Registration is $10, which includes lunch, snacks and training materials. A letter from a pastor on church letterhead verifying you have passed a safe sanctuaries background check should be mailed, along with $10, to Bonaire UMC, P.O. Box 7, Bonaire, GA 31005. WR Aglow speaker

Vacation Bible School

A one-day Vacation Bible School will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 13 at Hilltop Baptist Church, 4140 Ga. 41 North, Byron.
