A 33-year-old Macon man was shot in the leg at about 7 p.m. during an altercation in the 3300 block of Tamplin Terrace, according to the Macon Police. Altaron Palmer is listed in stable condition at The Medical Center of Central Georgia. Anyone with information about the aggravated assault is asked to call the police at 751-7500 or Macon Regional CrimeStoppers at (877) 68-CRIME.
