Red Cross giving away tarps
The American Red Cross has gotten a deliver of tarps and is giving them away at the Memorial Park gym, located at 2465 2nd St. in Macon.
They will be giving the tarps away to people who need to cover holes in their roof until 8 a.m. Friday, according to a Red Cross news release.
Rain is expected in Macon this afternoon and through the night.
